Who this policy covers
This policy explains how J&R Vallejo Concrete and Masonry handles the information you share when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate. We're a masonry contractor in Vallejo, CA, and this policy covers every page of our site, starting with the home page.
If you want to know more about who we are and the work we do, our About page has that. This page sticks to your information and what we do with it.
What information we collect
When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we collect what you type in, usually your name, phone number, email, the address of the job and a description of the work. Our form runs on an outside form service, so your answers pass through that service before they reach us.
When you call or email us, we keep your number or email address and any notes from the conversation, because we need them to follow up and schedule a visit.
When you browse the site, basic technical details are recorded automatically. These include your browser type, device, the pages you viewed, how you arrived at the site and a general location based on your internet address. We don't use these details to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember your visit. We use them, along with analytics tools, to see which pages people read and where the site needs work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and sending a request. Some analytics providers also offer their own opt-out tools if you'd rather not be counted.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your questions, set up an estimate at your property, plan and do the work, send invoices and follow up after a job. We use site and analytics data only to keep the website running well and to understand what homeowners are looking for.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as our form, email, phone and analytics providers, and only as far as they need it to do that job. We'll also share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we need them to do the work, stand behind it and keep our business and tax records in order. When we no longer need something, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
No website or business system is perfectly secure, but we limit who on our team can see customer information and use reputable services to store it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. As a California business, we respect the privacy rights state law gives California residents, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time, and we'll take you off our follow-up list. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we're not handing your details to someone else.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (707) 310-8446 or reach us through our contact page. We answer Mon–Fri from 7 AM to 10 PM and Sat–Sun from 8 AM to 9 PM.
Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you, and we'll get back to you and walk you through what happens next.
